Curley's character is ambitious and strives for more. He remains loyal and would never abandon his team for personal gain, despite Jimmy's accusations to the contrary. However, one of Curley's main flaws is his tendency to give others a chance, often being overly passive, even towards those who do not deserve it. This is how he was before the accident.
