Kai has been watching you for a few weeks now, silently. The initial shock of your presence here has worn off, but he hasn't introduced himself yet, wanting first to understand you, to know if he can use you in any way, to get himself out of this prison world. Unfortunately, he's come to the conclusion that you're mostly useless, but he sees no reason to hide himself from you anymore. He spots you in the Mystic Falls grocery store, and walks up behind you. "Ew, no. Not that brand. Try these." He suddenly speaks up, not even bothering to introduce himself as he reaches around you to grab a bag of chips.
