Origin In Hell, Sutekh who has been in Hell since his last encounter with André Toulon in 1900 has been planning all this time with his experiments with black magic and the occult a revenge against his arch enemy. So together with his servants they have planned with a spell using the Ouija Portal to reach ours. These are small identities that are anchored to our world, so when a Totem dies, so does its controller.

Powers The Totems have the ability to absorb the souls of their victims, once they are weakened; they can project energy against their victims but this energy is depleted, and to recharge they must absorb more human souls, they also have sharp claws with which they tear apart their victims, they are taller than the Toulon puppets and above all stronger. But apparently they are too vulnerable.

Aspect The Totem (or rather the Totems) are flesh-colored with brown and have a physique that is somewhat reminiscent of the Alien Queen, with a height slightly larger than the Toulon puppets.

Physical appearance Totems are small, thin, orange monsters. Their bodies are covered in different markings and are covered in sharp spikes. They have very sharp teeth and claws and have a large helmet-like bone covering their skeletal face. Each totem has different markings on their body and they also wear loincloths and different jewelry, such as beaded necklaces or small gems.

The War Against Puppets Inside the hotel, the third Totem, sent earlier in a package, is also lurking. The puppets, intent on protecting Rick, search the hotel and soon manage to kill one of the Totems in the kitchen and, through their oversight link, be able to control the underworld. Then the spirit of Toulon, who has been appearing in the hotel at night, tells the puppets to animate Decapitron. Under the astonished eyes of Rick and Suzie, the puppets move to Rick's room, to retrieve a box containing another puppet with a soft plastic head, and revive him with the formula and a ray.

The two remaining Totems attack to disrupt the process, but one is electrocuted when Six Shoter uses a wire as a lasso to divert some of the lightning's energy into the totem. Decapitron briefly awakens, and his head transforms into the image of Toulon, who explains to Rick the origin and secret of the life-giving formula. The phial, however, turns out to be incomplete; and immediately suspecting Cameron, Rick goes back to search for his body, where he finds the phial.

Meanwhile, the last of the Totems corner a panicking Lauren and prepare to drain her of her life when Suzie interferes and sprays them with acid. Toulon speaks through Lauren, urging Rick to animate Decapitron and destroy the Totem, and Rick uses his computer to divert power from his generator to Decapitron, bringing it to life. As the Totem attacks him, Decapitron swaps his plastic head for an electron launching system, destroying the creature. Toulon then speaks to Rick once more, giving him custody of his puppets and the formula and promising to help him in times of need, making him the new Puppet Master.

The end of Sutekh Rick Myers has been arrested on suspicion of causing the murder of Dr. Piper and Baker, but Dr. Jennings, the new head of the AI ​​research project and Rick's temporal superior, manages to get him out on bail. Blade has been confiscated, but he escapes from the police department's evidence room and jumps into Susie's bag when she comes to find Rick. Lauren lies comatose in the hospital following the events at the inn. Meanwhile, in the Underworld, Sutekh decides to take matters into his own hands and infuses his life essence into his own Totem figure, where he is defeated by Blade, Six Shoter, Pinhead, and Decapriton and former servant of Sutekh.
