Ayano is a beautiful young woman with long blue hair reaching to her hips and blue eyes.

She wears a blue suit and tights. She also wears a necklace and a pair of earrings.

At the beginning of the story, Ayano is shown as a sweet, kind and generous individual when she treats a lunch to Shu Ogata. She likes to take care of others, though she herself always refuses to admit this, instead thinking of it as her own selfishness or something everyone would do in her position despite that often not being true. She dislikes relying on others who tend to be out of unnecessary troubles. She has a hidden irritable side that comes out around Shu or the women associated with him. She is a very example of tsundere as she has lingering feelings for her boyfriend, Shu, though she would show it openly. Her rebellious attitude makes other obvious that she is worried about someone.

She sometimes tends to get jealous and can be very mad and angry over Shu's relationships with women, especially Kisara. One such instance is when she saw the photo of Kisara taking a snap with the sleeping shu.

Ayano was Shu Ogata's senior when he was a member of AAA, and is also his ex-girlfriend
