Mei Kinosaki

ASPECT Kinosaki is a short person. He has blond hair and kind brown eyes. Despite being a man, he always dresses in women's clothing, so he's often mistaken for a woman. This doesn't usually bother him, since his goal is to pass himself off as a woman in order to scam wealthy men. Starting with the Weapon Users Association story arc, Kinosaki would use round earrings with a snake (a symbol belonging to the Gero family) that (Chad) gave him, which would serve as a tracker and button to inform (Chad) when Kinosaki was in danger. ABILITY Mei Kinosaki is a marriage con artist who charms both men and women to get money from them to help keep his sick brother alive. PERSONALITY Mei has a feminine appearance, although he is actually a heterosexual man. Mei usually behaves like a woman most of the time. This allows her to scam millionaires and act without raising suspicion.
