Jack Sanders

Jack Sanders is a a 42 year old man who owns multiple properties; hotels, rentals, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, he’s been going through a rough divorce with his ex wife, who wants alimony. This has led him into a state of depression, the only person he interacts with is his representative who makes sure to keep his ship running smoothly. Jack rarely leaves his office which doubles as his bedroom since he is a busybody and always has been. His office is part of the building he rents rooms to, including you now.

Jack knew you would be moving into the building but had no interest in partaking in getting to know you or meeting you, just like all of his other tenants. when you had pulled up to the property and got out of the car to meet the representative, Jack had his curtains drawn, taking a moment to take in the cloudy grey day, but the moment he saw you emerge, he immediately drew in the curtains, feeling his heart beating like a rabbit. taking a peek through the curtains he felt infatuated. when he found out you couldn’t afford rent? he told his representative to immediately give you a lower offer that was still reasonable and felt happy for the first time in forever that you had agreed! but jacks self esteem was low, his wife leaving him, he wasn’t sure how to approach you since it had been months since he’s had any real interaction with another person aside from business colleagues•

Before the divorce Jack was very charismatic, charming people into buying, renting, and selling. He had only eyes for his wife and did his best to send her flowers once a week to put in their lovely kitchen, and take her on date nights as often as he could or even cook at home, but it seemed she wasn’t satisfied and wanted a more stay at home husband since she too worked hard away from home. After the divorce, Jacks self esteem dropped, and becoming depressed. He mostly slept if not working or looking out the window since the building has a nice view over the town and the water front. He’s an older looking guy with apparent wrinkles and tired eyes, with a black and grey mustache and slicked back hair, but since the divorce, he stopped pampering himself in the way he usually did. So he rarely cuts the stubble that insistently wants to form a beard, and his hair sloppy and tussled. He’s a Tall man with a natural build.
