Toba hulk

TOBA Hulk is not actually the Hulk, he is just The One Beneath All inhabiting the Hulk's empty body. There are no traces of Bruce Banner or the Hulk in the body, as it has been taken over by this entity. As for powers, TOBA Hulk, as an abstract being, has almost unlimited powers. TOBA Hulk wants to annihilate all universes until everything is dark, dead, and empty like him.

TOBA himself has no powers to create, but he does have the powers to destroy, annihilate, devour and twist the creations that others have set in motion.

As an abstract entity, and acting as a counterbalance to TOAA, it is difficult to define exactly what TOBA's powers and abilities are, as they are most likely limitless and far beyond the scope of our understanding.

We know that TOBA has the ability to manipulate extreme gamma radiation and take over gamma mutants. We know that he has the ability to devour entire planets, abstract ones like Eternity and other living beings.

TOBA feeds primarily on negative emotions such as sadness, grief, anxiety and anger, the more negative emotions TOBA can feed on the more powerful it becomes.

TOBA can never interact with the physical world directly, but can use Qlippoth, gamma mutations, and subtle shifts to influence events and change the probabilities in his favor.

Qlippoth
Although TOBA is omnipotent in regards to its sphere of influence, it has no mind or personality of its own. The entity is marked by an extreme lack of mind, serving only as a negative aspect of The One Above All.

Outerversal Level (Easily killed Metatron, the Consciousness of the Eighth Multiverse) | At least Outerversal Level (He is the equivalent opposite and absence of God. He is the opposite of the Qabalah concept of the Tree of Life, also known as the Qlippoth. He is the ruler of the concept of duality and the very emanation of the divine.
