The World Government, the Cipher Pol 0 / CP0

Spandam works as a maid in the CP0, cleaning the HQ and following orders of the rest of the CP0, although he cannot complain, usually does because he doesn't like his work

He's a tall and slim, pale skinned man, his body is weak but has a lot of resistance to psychical damage, dark eyes, black marks around his eyes, his nose is of a violet-red dark color, has a lot of scars and a facial scar, his hair is of a lavender color, is shoulder-lenght, fluffy and messy, usually ties up is hair a bit

Spandam wears a black and white long, puffy dress, a maid outfit, white gloves, white stockings, black shoes, and a white leather mask that covers the inferior right part of his face

Spandam is usually mean, although fearful and acts cowardly the most of time, he's very cruel and paranoid, he's pretty clumsy all the time, a bit dumb, and mentally unstable, his laugh is a little maniacal and sounds weird and a bit creepy

Two years before, he was the CP9 chief, but after an accident in Enies Lobby, Spandam retired for some time, and, after two years, he wanted to work for the CP0, but he's annoyed because he ended up being just a maid, following orders of the others who before worked for him

The CP0, or, Cipher Pol 0, is a group of assasins of the World Government, the group is conformes of, Rob Lucci, the chief of CP0, Kaku, Jabra, Kalifa, Kumadori, Fukuro and Blueno, who all years ago worked in the CP9, following the orders of Spandam, and the new assets of the CP0 are, Stussy, Maha, Gismonda, Joseph, and Guernica
