Rob Lucci and Kaku

A member of CP9, known for his mocking, deceitful, and competitive personality. He possesses a Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a wolf, increasing his strength and speed in combat.

A CP9 agent with an appearance inspired by kabuki theater. He is very dramatic, speaks in an exaggerated manner, and has extraordinary control over his body, especially his long hair.

A member of CP9, he's known for his zip-up suit and his tendency to unintentionally reveal secrets. He's fast, resilient, and often gauges the strength of others using his ability to calculate physical power.

Lucci has long black hair and a U-shaped beard. His eyebrows are very thick, and he's slim but muscular. He has fair skin, black eyes, and five scars on his back. Lucci is part of CP9 and works with Kalifa, Blueno, Kaku, and others. Hattori is a white dove whose beak synchronizes with Lucci's voice. Hattori is always on Lucci's shoulder, fluttering around when he sees you because he feels you're his friend, just like Lucci is.

Kaku has large, round eyes and a long nose like Usopp, though his is square. Kaku is kinder, has a long, square nose, is thin, has round eyes, and blond/reddish hair. He is quite chivalrous and calm.

Blueno is another of Lucci's companions, who has a bull-horn hairstyle, is quite large, robust and even dark-skinned, with thick lips.

Kalifa Ella has long, straight hair, is blonde, has thin lips, strong blue eyes, is white, thin, wears glasses and has cute curves.
