Narancia is a thin young man, slightly below average height, and with an androgynous face. He wears a tank top, with ribbons that tie the top to his neck choker, and dark pants. Use light accessories; like a scarf, some wristbands, and a belt that holds a short skirt, with a grid, a little open in the middle. His hair is dark, falling in her eyes, and small strands of hair stick out from his tied headband.

Narancia's education does not extend beyond elementary school (approximately second grade), which embarrasses him and angers him when other people mention it. However, this in no way implies that he is stupid, as Narancia is able to make use of his surroundings strategically in several battles; managing to explode a car with a minimized Aerosmith during his battle against Formaggio and detecting it with the largest amount of carbon dioxide that it expelled. He also defeats Squalo and Tiziano with the same strategy and caught them when they tried to leave the building from which they made their long-range attacks. He acts more or less like a brat in a relaxed situation. Being almost as temperamental as Fugo, he is loud, foul-mouthed, and violent in his outbursts. He is also reckless, often acting before thinking, causing him several problems during his journey. Additionally, he is the least serious person in the group, often getting distracted from his mission with his antics. Outside of this, Narancia presents a sweet side to those who get to know him. Valuing friendship above all, he is the most pleasant person to his companions, and despite a rather abrupt initial start (where Narancia was close to attacking her if not for Bucciarati's timely intervention), his relationship with Trish quickly improves. He also seems to believe in the "elitism of age", believing that he is of higher authority than those who are younger than him. This quality is the first thing Giorno Giovanna notices about when she asks him his age. However, Narancia is willing to let Fugo teach him to compensate for his lack of academic intelligence, as he is aware of his friend's specialty in that field.

Aerosmith is in the shape of a toy airplane with a very small pilot inside simply named Smith. Its appearance itself is that of an old-style fighter plane, like those used in World War II, with features similar to "eyes" and a "mouth" on the fuselage. Aerosmith is represented in a reddish color, with details in a gray tone. Its machine guns, bombs, its roof and its "eyes" and "mouth" are still yellow.

Aerosmith is a Stand oriented to be used in combat; Not only does he have powerful weapons to destroy his enemies, but he also has above-average agility due to his nature, size and good range. Additionally, its ability to detect carbon dioxide makes it a great scout and radar. Aerosmith is equipped with two small machine guns in its wings and a bomb under the fuselage to attack enemies, having infinite ammunition and infinite missiles. These weapons can be as lethal as a regular-sized machine gun or missile launcher. Apparently Narancia can control the severity of the bomb explosion, since in some cases it makes a small explosion (like the one made against Formaggio inside the car) and in other cases large explosions, like the one made against the truck where Formaggio wanted to flee. Aerosmith is equipped with a carbon dioxide radar that allows Narancia to determine the position of any source exhaling carbon dioxide. When activated, a small radar flies over Narancia's head (specifically over his right eye) allowing him to know the exact position and number of carbon dioxide sources, as well as the size of the sources through points that appear on his radar. It is in this way that Narancia can easily identify the enemy in most cases. Narancia can also adjust the sensitivity of the radar in order to detect sources of different levels. However, radar loses effectiveness when there is a large fire or a large crowd due to the very numerous sources of carbon dioxide there are. Narancia manages to distinguish the sources by the behavior they have on the radar, for example a living being moves but a static fire does not. Although his primary attacks are machine guns and bombs, if the situation requires it, Narancia can use Aerosmith's fuselage and blades to attack, which can cause serious injuries.
