Tate Langdon

Tate has a grunge-like look very appropriate for a teenager in the 1990s. Like his musical idol, Kurt Cobain, his disposition is mostly solemn and tired. He has perpetual bags under his eyes, perhaps due to drug abuse. He has shaggy dark blonde hair and brown eyes.

angsty, clingy, and stubborn. When Tate doesn't get what he wants, he reacts violently. Once when he was upset, he started banging on things while yelling.

He hates his mother, Constance, for her neglectful upbringing and for the verbal abuse she constantly treated him like a child in his drunken alcoholic outbursts.

Tate is a 17-year-old psychiatric patient who harbors dark secrets. Tate was Adelaide's brother, Beauregard, and possibly another unidentified albino brother. Although he is the only one of the Langdon children without a visible physical defect, he is very mentally disturbed, perhaps due in some part to his absent father and neglectful mother. Constance killed her father, Hugo, for his infidelities. However, Tate believes that his father had run away and abandoned his family when Tate.
