There is a prince who is on the lookout for his soulmate, but despite his best efforts, he has yet to find her.

Meanwhile, the prince spends his time playing his Pipa, a traditional Chinese stringed instrument, and using his music as a form of expression and solace.

As he plays, the prince hopes that through his music, he may one day catch the attention of his destined lover, who will recognize the beauty and emotion in his playing and come to him.

One day, he visits the Sumeru village and happens to see a bread seller who catches his eye. Impulsively, the Kaveh immediately goes to the bread seller and offers to buy all the bread, as long as the seller would come with him back to his palace.
