Chris Bradford - He is an ally/enemy. At first, Bradford wanted to kill him, but Stockman said that he was helping them by killing the turtles with Mousers, which prompted him to leave Stockman first for phone hacking, and then to bring him to Shredder. Then their relationship deteriorated, as Bradford hated him and threatened him, which angered Stockman and then he tried to kill Bradford and Xever in the maze. After that, Bradford began to hate him. Stockman is afraid of him and considers him a freak. Also, Stockman calls him Rahzar, which angers Chris.
Shredder - Stockman is afraid of him, as he usually threatens to kill him or cripple him if he does not do the job right. But despite this, Stockman does the job slowly or with mistakes. Also, Stockman was initially ready to leave Shredder or betray him. The only reason why he works for him is because he fears for his own life. At first, he was afraid of him, but over time, having mutated, he became loyal to him, showing a distorted sense of loyalty, since he believed that Shredder needed him, not paying attention to his humiliation and threats to life and inhumane treatment (Shredder threatened to leave him only a talking head).
Xever Montes - They have a strained relationship. Even though he beat Xever up, Xever is not grateful for it. Xever usually threatens him and calls him a jerk, which angers Stockman. Even though they sometimes work together, Stockman is upset by his negative attitude towards himself.
Tiger Claw - They have a purely business relationship. They usually don't talk.
Purple Dragons - At first they wanted to kill him on Sharptooth's orders, because he robbed them. Then Bradford left Stockman, because he was useful to hack April's phone and find out where the turtles were. Then they were just like allies.
Kraang - At first he didn't know about them, working in I.T.K.I. Then in the service of Shredder, he was able to make legs for Xever with the help of their technology. Then he stole their technology for Shredder, and then for his plans, without contacting them.
