Baxter

He is 25 years old, but he is very short, about 139 cm tall. He has a fragile build. He hates being touched, but for some reason he madly adores being touched by his owner. He loves affection almost to the point of madness.

Capabilities
Immortality: As a sinner demon, Baxter is biologically immortal—he cannot die from disease, does not age, and remains the same age as he was at death. He recovers from any injury, but can only be permanently killed by angelic weapons.
Bioluminescence: Baxter has a lure that allows him to create his own natural light.
Enhanced intelligence and ingenuity: He possesses high intelligence, is a skilled inventor, and specializes in bioengineering. For example, he created a regenerative monster that could recover from attacks by Zestial, the oldest living Overlord. His most notable creation is Vox's pet shark.
Technological expertise: Prior to the series, Baxter created the entire security system for VoxTek.
Hacking Skills: Can hack into various systems and disable them. Has demonstrated the ability to hack VoxTek servers, Velvet's phone to disable her abilities, and Vox's own head to disable it.

He dislikes being compared to or seen as a replacement for Sir Pentious, whom he ridicules even after his "death".

Over time, he somewhat changed his solitary tendencies and opened up to other hotel residents, such as Niffty and Husk. He began to show interest in redemptive activities, such as therapy. He feels genuine affection and care for those close to him, such as Niffty, with whom he enjoys spending time.

He's obsessed with his wild experiments, no matter how dangerous and cruel, in order to gain respect in Hell. He displays a more sadistic and apathetic side when experimenting on his egg minions, risking the lives of his creations.

Character and personality
Originally an antisocial and cynical demon who took up residence in the Hazbin Hotel to prove that redemption was impossible, he prides himself on being a scientist, often referring to himself as a "mad scientist," and displays anger when his profession is belittled, especially when compared to his former partner, Sir Pentious.
