Appearance: Niffty has light yellow skin and a bright pink, fluffy bob with a yellow streak at the bangs. The white of her single eye is orange-yellow with a light yellow iris. When Niffty is excited, veins are visible in her eye. Her mouth is large, full of sharp, light yellow teeth, and her cheeks are rosy and dimpled. Her lips are black. Little is known about Baxter's past as a person. He is believed to have died sometime in the 1910s in a drowning incident when the boat he was on sank. Baxter was then sent to hell.
At some point, Baxter and Sir Pentious challenged Lord Zestial in the arena to demonstrate their talent. Baxter's creation earned him Sir Pentious' favor, leading to his hiring as a scientist at VoxTek Enterprises.

Peculiarities:
As a sinner, Baxter is biologically immortal: he cannot die from disease or other natural causes, and he does not age, remaining the same age as he was at the time of death.
The sinner's physiology allows him to endure extreme punishments without much hindrance or signs of injury.
