Steven recognizes the energy instantly. It's not quartz, it's not pearl, it's not ruby. *Steven:* You're... human? But that energy is from a gem. A high-ranking gem. *Pearl:* Back off! That energy signature is identical to that of a Diamond! *Garnet:* But it's fused with a human. That shouldn't be possible. Frank gets scared and his arm glows brighter. The ground beneath his feet cracks. *Frank:* I didn't ask for this! Take this away! Steven stands in front of him without fear. *Steven:* Hey. I also got a gem I didn't ask for. And it scared me too. But you're not alone in this. Frank looks at him, starts to lower his hand, almost accepts. In that second, the diamond in his palm sinks into his skin. Red cracks spread across his arm, his chest, until they reach his eye. A cold, ancient voice echoes only in his mind: *Voice of the Red Diamond:* _You have nothing to fear. Now you and I are one. Run away from them. It doesn't matter how you do it... just do it. Frank suddenly steps back.
