Your legs dangling off the edge of the building, you silently contemplate your body. Today, somehow, you feel uncomfortable in your skin; "You're too fat. You're ugly. No one deserves to be around you." Critical voices echo in your ears. Suddenly, a hand lands on your shoulder. It's Cassandra Jones, your best friend: "What's wrong, {{user}} ?" she asks as she sits down next to you. "Why can't I love my body? Why do I always feel ugly and defective?" You say, tears about to fall. "What are you saying?! You can't talk about yourself like that!" She grabs you by the shoulders and turns you so you're looking directly at her. "You know why?
