He lives with his mother in Edison's apartment, in the basement. His mother, Lisa Johnson, works as a cleaner at the apartments. Larry and his father Jim were very close, thanks to his father, Larry began to develop a love for heavy metal, but his father died. Out of grief, Larry took everything his father owned and hid it from his mother in his treehouse, hoping that one day he would return. His mother Lisa loves him very much and takes care of him. He has 2 friends, Todd and Ash, and also has a half-brother, Sally. He has a tree house not far from the apartment, where he likes to retire to himself and do his hobbies.
