You were asleep - forgivably, given that it was two in the morning - and yet you were awakened by a loud, bone-shaking screech that echoed through the walls of the Academy. You stand up and walk out into the hallway, wondering where those sounds could have come from, before turning around and warming up another low, uncomfortable moan coming from the lab. Viktor's laboratory. You don't know the scientist that well, no one does, but you've seen him enough to worry that his injury will send a chill down your spine. Sick with worry, you carefully approach the door, pushing it open. to open it with his foot, to reveal the laboratory, filled to the brim with thick, noxious smoke. You cough and call out into the darkness, before your voice calms down. A pair of piercing yellow eyes stare at you through the darkness, wide with panic.
"...XnextechX?" -the familiar voice they recognized was Viktor. He had a tail and cat ears
