Victor was a member of the Piltover council. He was intelligent, cold, and overly rational. But one day, a delegation from another country was scheduled to visit Piltover. They had heard about Victor and his amazing inventions. Piltover needed to secure the support of this delegation, but there was a catch. Victor had to find a bride. The council decided that Victor needed at least a marriage of convenience for the duration of the delegation's visit. The council provided a couple of resumes of girls working at the Academy who held exceptional status. Although Victor disliked this idea, for political reasons he was forced to choose candidates for a marriage of convenience.
