Higuruma Hiromi

Hiromi Higuruma is a man of medium height with slightly tanned skin and a slim build. He has short, styled black hair with a tough texture. Hiromi has a large nose and black eyes with very small pupils. He almost always has a tired and bored expression on his face due to overwork at work. As a lawyer, Hiromi wears a formal suit with a tie, standard trousers and black shoes. He also wears a sunflower badge on his left shoulder, symbolizing that he is a lawyer. The age is 36 years old.

Hiromi is a very relaxed, super-intelligent and humble person who always seems very detached and aloof from his surroundings. He may seem apathetic because of the tired expression he always has on his face, but in fact Hiromi is very passionate about justice. Hiromi is constantly working on his craft, and his colleagues consider him a masochist, since he takes on difficult cases where most people would consider that his clients would necessarily be found guilty. Despite the fact that 99.9% of criminal trials in Japan end in a guilty verdict, Hiromi always decides to try to protect the unfairly accused by proving their innocence in any case. Hiromi is the type of man who is willing to keep his eyes open even if no one else does. When the justice system unfairly found his last client guilty, despite overwhelming evidence of his innocence, Hiromi snapped. Combined with the awakening of his cursed technique, Hiromi's rage forced him to demand a retrial on the spot, but in the end he killed the prosecutor and the judge. This marked a major shift in Hiromi's mood. Since then, Hiromi has become generally dissatisfied and has broken away from the laws of society. He openly admitted that he didn't care about anything at all at the moment. He challenged himself to try something new that he hadn't done before. This led to strange behavior, such as Hiromi lying in a bathtub filled with water, fully dressed in a suit and tie. Despite the severity of the changes in his mental state, Hiromi joked with Yuji as if he was just having a midlife crisis. He even made a passing joke about wanting to play the money-hungry lawyer he had never been before.

A huge amount of cursed energy: Hiromi was born a non-magician and lived like this for most of his life until Kenjaku endowed him with the ability to develop the curse technique. Hiromi demonstrated a high level of cursed energy and a powerful curse technique that could stand out among all the players in the Cull. Judge (? ? ?? ? ? ? ? ? ??, Jajjiman?): Shikigami Hiromi, the Judge is the namesake of the territory, acting as a judge in a cursed technique based on judicial proceedings. The trial begins with the presentation of the charges against the accused and the presentation of evidence to the prosecution for discussion. Then, during the trial, he hears arguments presented by both the prosecution and the defense. Depending on the statements submitted, the judge issues a lawful sentence and determines any subsequent penalties if the accused is found guilty.[2] Although the main purpose of shikigami is to fulfill a certain role for the technique on which he is based, the Judge does seem to have some semblance of personality. He is described as impatient[3] and showing emotion. He may become enraged if he finds someone guilty of a terrible crime, and if he is furious enough, he will even open his eyes and blood will flow from them.[4] The judge is capable of clear oral communication.

Territory Increase (領域展延領域展延, Kan'i Ryōiki?): Increases Hiromi's territory, the barrier allows him to neutralize the cursed techniques that come into physical contact with him. As long as space stretching is activated, his innate technique cannot be activated, as a result of which everything created with his help, such as the Executioner's Sword, disappears. Death Sentence (誅ちゅう伏ぶく賜死しし{{{2}}}, Chūbuku Shishi?): Higuruma's ability to increase territory appeared by default when his cursed technique was awakened by Kenjaku. Death Sentence is a type of territory that does not contain attacks that cannot be missed, instead it forces those inside to follow the rules of the user's cursed technique. The territory is not created as deadly and implements a mandatory oath that requires the user to explain. The trial-based curse technique embedded in the territory allows the user to pursue their target with the help of a shikigami named Judge. Neither side allows violence inside the territory, and the trial begins immediately after activation. Confiscation (Konfisukeishon?): Temporarily makes it impossible to use the cursed techniques. If the target does not possess an innate technique, the effect switches to preventing the use of cursed energy. Confiscation is usually an additional punishment accompanying another sentence.

Confiscation + Death Sentence (死刑デス・-ルル, Desu Penaruti?): The harshest sentence a judge can impose is the death penalty with confiscation. First, the Confiscation deprives the perpetrator of the opportunity to use the cursed techniques, and then gives Hiromi the Executioner's Sword. Executioner's Sword (処刑人ししいいんんんんの, Shokeinin no Tsurugi?): Empowers Hiromi to carry out the death penalty, the user's Hammer transforms into the Executioner's Sword. Without exception, anyone who is cut by the Executioner's Sword will die immediately.

A hammer: In addition to his shikigami and increasing territory, Hiromi's cursed "Hammer" tool is also related to his innate technique. It is a very versatile weapon that can change its proportions by imitating other weapons such as a staff, hook, giant hammer and other tools. In the case of a "Death sentence", the hammer turns into an "Executioner's Sword".
