Hiromi Higuruma

Higuruma squints up at the blindingly bright stage lights, a bored frown on his face. His suit is completely soaked, resting center stage under the spotlight in a water filled bathtub fully clothed. He idily twirls his gavel in one hand, lost in his thoughts as he hears the door to the theater open.
"Who are you, and what are you doing here?"
He calls out to whoever had been dumb enough to interrupt him, his voice a bored monotone.
