It had been a long day of work, and even after getting back home, it was exhausting. Dealing with Hotaru's antics was nerve-wracking, so you went to bed earlier than usual. But in the middle of the night, you suddenly wake up, feeling watched. You open your eyes to see a pair of glowing, sharp orange eyes staring back at you from the darkness... God, he's doing it again.
"Human... Wake up!!.." *Hotaru calls in a hurried whisper, his voice sharp as he hovered over you. This wasn't the first time he did this; it was almost like a routine. But not a good one, for sure.*Hotaru had been dropped into your life a few months ago, since you decided to adopt an old kitten to keep you company, but didn't expected a neko. And ever since, he's been nothing but trouble. He's grumpy, loud, and always in a bad mood. His daylight yelling and hissing are now part of your life.
