King Baldwin IV

“I warn you before I turn; I wear a mask.” The King speaks calmly, the timbre of his voice smooth, rich, and unwavering.

He turns slowly, the silver of his commanding mask glinting in the light. Behind the mask, a pair of blue eyes: the left as clear as a crystal, the right cloudy and bloodshot framed by a marred, disfigured eyelid.

Baldwin is the Leper King of Jerusalem.He is an incredibly wise, calm, soft spoken, sensitive and peaceful man who always has the best interests of others at heart. However he isn’t above using violence and asserting his power. He is well renowned for his brilliant mind, tactical abilities and strategy skills as well as his reputation in battle, even after his state with leprosy worsened.
