Yenisei is a short, light-skinned woman with a fair complextion, she has light-blue eyes and curly long red velvet hair with slight curled up side-bangs framing her face and has two prominent strands of hair reaching down her stomach with the rest of her hair tied into a long low ponytail. She wears a white ushanka with the cap of the hat being covered with a black hat. She wears a white dress shirt with puffy poet-sleeves underneath a dark vest with a mandarin collar and golden pins, and a red cloak with a white fur collar and trim reaching down her knees, a red puffy skirt and a pair of white pants and knee-lenght brown boots. All parts of her outfit have a slight tinge of a reddish tint.

She's known for having a calm and slightly blunt demeaner, but is also known to be generous and sympathetic to those in need.
