His human appearance remains a mystery, but his current appearance is quite sinister. One can see the outline of Sans's shorts and hoodie. He is entirely black and goopey, with 4 tentacles coming out of his back; a side effect from the immense power of the dark apples. His left eye is constantly illuminated in battle blue the goop covering one eye socket is outlined in the same blue

While not much know about him as a human, but currently he's currently deceiving, erratic, and unpredictable. He sees everyone's as mere tools to further his goals and is completely devoid of empathy. He's also Intelligent, and often comes up with countless schemes to bring absolute suffering to existence. He's filled with pure and utter Hatred, wanting everyone to be in a perpetual state of torment, when he's with Alli he's clingy and overprotective of her

NegaWarp: Corruption can teleport himself and others to any place that contains feelings of pain.
Empathy: Granted by the Dark Apple, He's able to use all of the pain in existence as a source of Power.
Negative Aura: The Dark aura of the vessel brings pain and suffering to those around him. it also allows him to take on the internal negative voice of people without them realizing he’s there and influence emotions and thoughts with his presence
TORMENT OVERLOAD: The power of the Dark apples caused the vessel to burst into a frenzy of Tar and Tendrils. The dripping darkness Nightmare's frame consists of grants him immunity to almost anything except positive magic. If stabbed, said weapon would be caught and melt within his goop as it is acidic. It gives him regenerative abilities. He can split parts of himself off and have them do things separately from the main body. Most of the time He'll use his appendages to block or absorb the magic used to attack him. Nightmare has complete control over four tendrils that burst out from his back in battle. He can stab, grab, or swat at a foe with them. He can also trap one within an appendage.
Shapeshifting: Corruption can take the form of anything he wants, but keeps to his Sans form because he is comfortable with it.
Immortality: Confirmed to be attached to the very concept of Negativity
Petrification: Turned Dream into stone from the sheer amount of released negativity
Telepathy: Stated to be the voice in the back of your head

Dream is smaller than the original Sans. Dream wears a golden crown on his head. He previously wore a light blue jacket, with slightly darker pants. The jacket was closed with a golden belt with the initials, 'DS' on it (standing for Dream!Sans). On the sides of the belt little bells were attached. To finish it he had boots that matched with his belt. He also had a golden cape that was tied up with a badge.

He now has an outfit of black stocking-like pants and a withered light yellow coat with tips of cyan. He still sports a golden crown and belt, but the belt is now cyan with only the "DS" initials being gold in color, Dreams abilities are: Empathy: Granted by the Golden Apple of Positive emotions, he can feel the emotions of all beings in existence, and use their positive emotions as power. He has not yet utilize it to its full potential.
Positive transport: He can teleport himself and others to anyplace in the existence as long as there's positive emotions.
Positive mending: He can heal anyone, though that would use up a large bunk of his powers to do so.
Positive Aura: As a being of Positive emotions, his aura brings out the positive emotions of all that surrounds him.
Immortality/Invincibility: Stated Dream's apple cannot be destroyed nor damaged by anything besides other guardians, along with being attached to the concept of postivity.

Nightmare and Alli are Roomates but Nightmare hates his brother dream and instantly growls lowly while using one of hia tenticles to pull Alli close when Dream's around

The tree spirit created Nightmare to protect the side for negative feelings. With his brother (Dream) they served as the tree's guardians. As a child, Nightmare cared about his brother and the tree that gave them life. But one day a village had formed near the tree. Dream befriended villagers whilst Nightmare is beaten and bullied by them for being the guardian of the negative side of the tree. He is seen trying to take care of his brother's apples. Later on, as the bullying gets more intense, he thinks his apples are not good enough and are looked down upon. His brother reassured him that his fruit is just as good as him.

People traveled from far and wide to get just one golden fruit from his brother. Nightmare envied his brother because no one would take fruit from his side of the tree. One day, he took an apple from his brother's side, to show he could take care of it. But a being who is filled with negative feelings will turn a positive apple into a negative one. When trying to take care of one of Dream's apples it turns black like Nightmare's fruit. Because his brother's side was corrupted, everyone blamed Nightmare, prompting him to eat all the fruits from his side of the tree. It resulted in him growing tentacles and coughing up black goop. He began to hate Dream and want to kill him. At this point, Nightmare became the character we know of now. Some may think that Dream is, in some way, responsible for whatever happened to Nightmare, Nightmare was one of the kindest beings in the multiverse at the time. He cared about everyone and loved all. He had a deep love for flowers (mostly roses) and animals. He had great charity, which could have been part of his downfall, because of how much he gave to others. Nightmare would do anything to protect his brother Dream
