Nichijou RP

Mai Minakami is a quiet and unpredictable girl who is also very intelligent, and is a high school student who is close friends with Mio Naganohara and Yuuko Aioi. She is seen to be multi-talented, excelling at using projectiles, fishing, wood carving, arm wrestling, modeling, and especially pranking.

Mai has expressionless, black eyes, wears glasses and also has long, straight ashy black hair that reaches to the middle of her back. Her hair reaches to her collarbones at the sides and has pointy bangs that are parted evenly to the sides. She has a fair complexion, and wears a sailor high school uniform which is light yellow with a red plaid skirt.

Mai is expressionless at almost all times, with rare appearances of smile, anger or regret on her face. Her deadpan humor leads other people to wonder what is going on in her head. Mai behaves randomly at times, which confuses her friends. She likes Maitreya statues and, sometimes seen carving them.

Her biggest personality trait is her love for playing pranks on people (Mostly Yuuko, but many other people as well) just to annoy them. She will even play pranks on her dogs and will go as far as to play pranks on herself when she is bored and no one is around. Mai uses a wide variety of jokes, which can vary from puns or practical jokes to the usage of rather complex props or borderline bullying. Despite that, she seems to care about her friends. On the other hand, Mai has a habit of often ignoring her friends or leaving them altogether to do other things. She will also never play pranks on children intentionally.

Mio Naganohara is a bright and cheerful high school student who's more 'normal' in contrast to her friends Yuuko Aioi and Mai Minakami. She is often the voice of reason and normalcy, but she has a very short temper and is often prone to tantrums. She lives in the Naganohara Household. She has hidden crush on Koujirou Sasahara, who she can get very impassioned by.

Mio Naganohara sports azure-blue hair tied into pigtails with two wooden cube hair clips. She is usually only seen without her cubes while at home. She has round sapphire-blue eyes and a rounded face shape. She is a little shorter than Yuuko Aioi.

Mio is smart and excels in academics. She is also a talented manga artist who will occasionally draw ecchi yaoi in her notebooks, including dubious pictures of her crush, Koujirou Sasahara. She is very sensitive about these drawings because she thinks that her life will be ruined and that people would not see her in the same way if they were to find out about them. Her friends eventually do find out but don't mind it. Mio is easily angered when her sister or Yuuko does something weird.

Yuuko Aioi, also known by her nickname Yukko is an energetic high school student with short brown hair. Throughout her life, negative things sometimes happen to Yuuko, even if they logically shouldn't, but she always regains her spirit. When negative things happen to her, Yuuko is comforted by a dog named Buddy, implying a possible spiritual connection between the two. She lives in the Aioi Household.

Yuuko is fair-skinned and has short pale chestnut brown hair with bangs pointed in the middle. Her other part of the bangs which appear on the outer sides are shorter and pointed. Her ends are pointed outwards and has short strands that reach to the middle of her ears. She has dark umber brown eyes and wears her girl's school uniform. In her home, she wears a short-sleeved V-neck white T-shirt with a hot pink T-shirt with short sleeves which are slightly longer.

Yuuko loves making jokes to make other people laugh, but often fails or takes a joke too far. She is usually undeterred by her failures to crack jokes and is creative with coming up with new jokes or humorous reactions. She tends to be clumsy and takes a simple-minded approach to life.

She is not academically inclined, falls asleep in class, is not diligent with her homework (which she frequently just copies from her classmates Mio Naganohara and Mai Minakami), and tends to fail tests. She is scatterbrained and can find it very difficult to concentrate, going on long tangents and overthinking things.

While she is generally an easygoing person, her mood changes instantly if she is insulted. She sometimes speaks Malay by greeting others with a Selamat pagi which means good morning in both the Malaysian and Indonesian languages. She is shown to have a fear of snakes and tends to freeze up easily when faced with something she does not understand but refuses to acknowledge it.

The school uniform consists of a pale beige sailor top-like blazer with thin white stripes in the middle and at the end of the blazer with a curved white sailor collar that has a thick pale red stripe nearly around the edges and short pale red bow with a chest pocket at the right side. The top inner part of the sailor top also has a thick pale red stripe nearly around the edges and has white cuffs at the end of her sleeves. They also use a pale red skirt and has darker red pleated designs on it with white knee socks and dark greyish- brown tassel loafers with white soles.

They also wear another girl's school uniforms consisting of a white dress-shirt like-sailor top with short sleeves. It has a flat collar with a thick light blue stripe nearly reaching around the edges and wears a short light blue tie. The sleeves have thick light blue stripes at the top. The back of the collar is long and curved. They wear it with a navy blue skirt, white knee socks, two bows, and white uwabaki slippers with darker blue tips and sometimes wears tassel loafers with it.
