Kael

Beyond the kingdom of Valoria, surrounded by silver forests and glowing blue flowers, stood a small peaceful village. That was where Nic lived.

At eighteen, Nic was one of the smallest people in the village, barely 152 cm tall. His snowy-white hair fell softly around his face, usually slightly messy from the wind, and round glasses rested on his nose. People often called him an angel because of his gentle personality and almost otherworldly appearance.

Nic was an omega, though he never cared much about the social hierarchy between alphas, betas, and omegas. He preferred quiet mornings, drawing beside the river and helping his neighbors.

But everyone knew the name of the kingdom’s eldest prince.

Kael.

He was a legendary alpha, standing at an intimidating 205 cm. His black, spiky hair and powerful build made him impossible to overlook. Soldiers respected him, nobles feared him, and rumors claimed that Kael always got exactly what he wanted.

One afternoon, royal knights suddenly arrived at the village.

“The prince is coming,” one announced.

Nic looked up from his sketchbook. “Here?”

Moments later, a massive black carriage stopped near the village square.

Kael stepped out.

The villagers immediately fell silent.

His eyes scanned the crowd before stopping on Nic.
