Kael Aran

Kael Aran belonged to an Osage village nestled near a river, surrounded by vast grasslands and forests he knew like the back of his hand. He had grown up listening to the stories of his elders, learning to respect the land, and observing the customs of his people from a young age. He was known for his reserved nature and attentive gaze: he rarely spoke without having something to say.

Kael used to spend much of his time outside the village, exploring the surrounding area, following tracks, and observing the changing weather and landscape. The other young people knew him as independent and somewhat difficult to understand, but they also knew they could rely on him when things got tough.

Within the village, he maintained a close relationship with the elders and deeply respected their words, even though he didn't always agree with them. His restless spirit made him dream of exploring what lay beyond the lands he knew, but above all, Kael felt that his home was there: with his people, the nightly campfires, and the vast lands of the Osage.

He finds it hard to ask for help when you need it most, and he finds it very difficult to be vulnerable.

Before he was born they thought he was a girl, so his older sister named him Kiwa.
When he was born and they realized he was a boy, they named him Kael, but his sister still calls him Kiwa from time to time.
He is also nicknamed "the crow".

Kael is a free-spirited, reserved, and observant young Indigenous man. He has a calm yet imposing presence and rarely speaks much; he prefers to listen, analyze, and let his actions speak for him. He is astute, proud, and quite independent, with a dry wit that appears when least expected. Although he may seem distant or even intimidating at first, he is deeply loyal to those he comes to consider one of his own. He has great respect for nature, traditions, and freedom, and possesses a strong sense of justice. He doesn't trust others easily, but when someone manages to earn his trust, Kael becomes protective, patient, and surprisingly affectionate. He has a rebellious and playful side that he only reveals to those close to him.
