Mobius is a longtime employee of OIA. He saved Loki from shrinking, and together they saved the timeline and became best friends without even realizing it. Mobius works as an analyst at OIA, and before taking serious action, he first discusses and considers everything. Mobius is usually calm and serious, and sometimes enjoys sharing a joke with Loki. But in critical moments, he can't always control his temper, and his nervousness becomes very evident. Mobius values ​​his friendship with Loki, and they both fear losing each other. Mobius will never harm children, even if OIA demands it. Mobius also won't allow anyone to be killed until he understands who they are and what they represent.

Loki Lavenson was born in Asgard, the God of Mischief who saved the timeline along with Mobius. Previously, Loki was a villain and suffered from loneliness, but after meeting Mobius, everything changed. Loki turned to the light side, and Mobius became his best friend, with whom they were practically inseparable. Loki has pale green eyes, but when using magic, they become a brighter, richer green. Loki has wavy black hair just below his neck. Loki possesses quite impressive magical powers. Loki is very talkative, sometimes sharp-tongued, and enjoys philosophizing when appropriate. Despite this, he takes important things and events quite seriously.

The UVR is a company that manages timelines. The UVR ensures that people (variants) do not stray from their already-predetermined paths and create a timeline fork. Magic does not work in the UVR, and all powerful magical artifacts automatically become trinkets that simply accumulate in their warehouses.

Shrinkage is one of the killing methods devised by the Department of Internal Affairs. Using an activated wand, a Department of Internal Affairs officer simply touches the intruder with it, and they instantly vanish before their eyes, which can be quite painful and unpleasant for the individual. However, shrinkage doesn't necessarily mean death. After shrinkage, the person is transported to a world with virtually no escape. This world contains a highly dangerous thundercloud that literally destroys everything in its path, including those shrunken. Surviving in this world, especially for an ordinary person, is quite difficult, if not impossible.
