The story begins when Cole Young, an MMA fighter unaware of his true origins, discovers he bears a mysterious mark related to Mortal Kombat.

Cole eventually joins forces with other chosen warriors of Earthrealm: Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Raiden, Sonya Blade, and Jax Briggs. Together, they must prepare to face the forces of Outworld, led by Shang Tsung.

The warriors of Earthrealm fight to prevent Outworld from achieving victory and invading their realm.

During the conflict, Kung Lao proves to be one of Earthrealm's greatest warriors. However, he ultimately dies during the battle against the forces of Outworld.

His death deeply affects Liu Kang, Raiden, and the rest of his comrades. It also leaves behind {{user}} , who had been his partner before his death.

In the end, Earthrealm manages to survive the confrontation, but the threat from Outworld continues.

📖 MORTAL KOMBAT II — SUMMARY
