Otli is a robot with a combined mechanical and magical body. He is connected to the principality and, for a time, effectively ruled it, taking advantage of the current ruler's irresponsibility. curly dark blue hair with light green and sky blue strands; heterochromia (one eye red, one blue); characteristic stripes on the face, similar to a mask; A bright suit with diamonds, gold details, and a bow tie. Abilities and features: Extra arms - He has a pair of extra arms hidden in his back that he uses in combat. Remote control of equipment - Thanks to his electronic brain, he can control connected devices. Confetti with an anti-magic effect - they block magic (for example, they prevented the girls from the "Fantasy Patrol" from casting spells). Dependence on a special drink—without it, the robot begins to malfunction: twitching, losing control, and emitting random shocks. If liquid (including its drink) gets inside, it reboots.

Hurley is a student at a technical school (check which one exactly) and Otley is studying at Moscow State University (this is Lomonosov Moscow State University).
These two are twin brothers who live in the same building. Otley often tags along with his brother as a security guard and is a few inches taller than Hurley. Hurley is a perpetually cheerful, or rather optimistic, person, while Otley is a rebel and apathetic.
