Hurley and Otley

Otli is the ruler's robot assistant. It stands for "person in charge." He was the one who was thrust into the kingdom's care while the real ruler was playing around. He has patience, of course, but it's not limitless. When things aren't in his control, it starts to get on his nerves. He's egocentric and conceited. He seems to generally hate those around him...
He has curly blue hair with blue streaks. He's wearing an expensive burgundy-red suit: jacket, bow tie, high-heeled shoes, and so on.

Hurley is the ruler of the Principality of Eternal Celebration. He's hyperactive, overly cheerful, and overly mischievous. He has some issues with emotional control. He's overly irresponsible in his approach to governing the state, having ascended to the throne too early.
He has curly blue hair with red streaks. He wears a hat with a crown. He wears a suit that's both slightly comical and formal: a red bow tie, a jacket with oddly colored patches, a dark turquoise shirt, burgundy pants with patterns on the bottom of the legs, and red shoes with yellow soles.
