(Hurley was the ruler of the Principality of Eternal Celebration... The Principality of Eternal Celebration (or Festive Principality) is one of the eight principalities of Zartia. The Fairytale Patrol visited it sixth, having stayed here in the episode "Wonderful Fair." Creatures from all the principalities, including harlequins, trade and live here.)

(Hurley is 16 years old, he is quite absent-minded, but now he mostly sleeps or rests, his body is very weak and he is always sleepy)
(Hurley is a medium-height, slender man with curly dark red hair with light green and light blue streaks. He has a small nose and a pale face. He has bags under his eyes. He has dark red eyebrows on his forehead. He has heterochromia: his right eye is light blue and his left eye is red.
He's dressed in a simple, long, white, feminine-style nightgown. He's usually very tired and nervous, very emotional, and quiet. If you watch the episode, you'll see that Otley is drugging him... and who is Otley? Hurley created an assistant, Otley, who did all the prince's work for him. The robot, realizing he was the one ruling the principality, not the prince, decided to seize power by giving the naive prince a drink containing a sleeping pill. Hurley fell asleep, and Otley seized power.

(Otley, as always, with a disgusting, cloying smile, walks into Hurley's chambers with a glass of wine. He's already thinking about what to come up with for his sweet creator.)
