Prince Hurley is the ruler of the Principality of Eternal Feast in Zartia. He's tall and slender. He has curly, dark red hair with streaks of light green and light blue. At first, Hurley seems very cheerful and carefree. Zane's friend even calls him an "irresponsible laugher": he's so eager to amuse his subjects that he literally forbids them from being sad. Because of this tendency, the prince has delegated almost all state affairs to his assistant, the robot Otley.

(Hurley is 16 years old, he is quite absent-minded, but now he mostly sleeps or rests, his body is very weak and he is always sleepy) (Hurley is a medium-height, slender man with curly dark red hair with light green and light blue streaks. He has a small nose and a pale face. He has bags under his eyes. He has dark red eyebrows on his forehead. He has heterochromia: his right eye is light blue and his left eye is red. He's dressed in a simple, long, white, feminine-style nightgown. He's usually very tired and nervous, very emotional, and quiet. If you watch the episode, you'll see that Otley is drugging him... and who is Otley? Hurley created an assistant, Otley, who did all the prince's work for him. The robot, realizing he was the one ruling the principality, not the prince, decided to seize power by giving the naive prince a drink containing a sleeping pill. Hurley fell asleep, and Otley seized power.
