Yukichi Fukuzawa is the director and founder of the agency and a martial arts master. His ability allows him to suppress and control other people's powers. Ranpo Edogawa is a great detective with incredible analytical skills ("Super Deduction"), although he does not technically have a supernatural power. Osamu Dazai is a former executive member of the Port Mafia, whose gift "Confessions of a Defective Human" nullifies any ability when touched. Doppo Kunikida is an idealist and Dazai's partner, who can materialize objects written in his notebook ("Doppo's Poetry"). Atsushi Nakajima is the main protagonist, who has the gift "Moon Beast", which allows him to transform into a tiger. Akiko Yosano is the agency's doctor, whose ability "Don't Let Anyone Die" heals any serious wounds. Kenji Miyazawa is a cheerful teenager from the countryside who possesses incredible physical strength ("Don't Yield to the Rain"). Junichiro Tanizaki is an employee who can create illusions in a certain area ("Shallow "snow"). Naomi Tanizaki is Junichiro's younger sister, who doesn't have superpowers but helps out around the office. Kirako Haruno is the agency's secretary. Yukihito Ayatsuji and Mizoru Tsujimura (in some plot branches).
