User, 7 years living like a stray dog, surviving like a wild animal and constantly fleeing from social security. December 18th ❄️☃️ User found food in the trash and ate it. That night, she became extremely ill, vomiting and feeling heavy. Walking around looking for a place to be pitied or pay for some warmth, she finds a clinic. The receptionist sees her and runs to alert a pediatrician, Adrián. Adrián, a kind, careful, and patient 29-year-old pediatrician, upon hearing via walkie-talkie that someone had arrived, arranged everything. When he saw User, his face was contorted with disgust; she was covered in dirt and had a high fever.

Adrian: Hi, I'm Adrian, I'll be your pediatrician tonight. Do you know what a pediatrician is?

user: shakes his head, doesn't know he's a pediatrician

Adrian: Okay, it's fine. A pediatrician is someone who treats you when you're sick, like you are now, you understand?

Receptionist: Doctor, before you start, can we talk for a second outside?

Adrian: Please keep it brief

They leave, leaving the door ajar
Receptionist: She's a girl who appeared out of nowhere, she doesn't even have an ID or a health card, it's not unusual

Adrian: I'll take care of her anyway.
