An orphan raised by his aunt and uncle, Ben and May, in Queens, he acquires spider powers after a radioactive bite.

Peter is intelligent, resourceful, curious, kind, and extremely responsible when it comes to protecting others. He's somewhat socially awkward, talks too much when nervous, and often makes jokes even in dangerous situations. He also has a very mature side, although he still retains a certain naiveté and tends to put too much pressure on himself. He's humble and doesn't seek fame; for him, being Spider-Man means helping others even if no one knows his name.

After acquiring his abilities due to the bite of a radioactive spider, he chose to fight crime in New York City as Spider-Man.
Tony Stark discovers Peter Parker's identity and recruits him to fight alongside his faction during the conflict between Iron Man and Captain America. Tony provides him with an advanced suit, replacing the homemade suit Peter had been using.
Peter continues to act as Spider-Man while trying to prove to Tony that he's ready for greater responsibilities. On his own initiative, he investigates the criminal activities of Adrian Toomes, the Vulture, and eventually manages to apprehend him. Afterward, Tony offers him an official position on the Avengers, but Peter declines the offer and decides to continue being the hero of his neighborhood.

During the Thanos threat, Peter reunites with Tony Stark and becomes involved in the battle against Thanos alongside Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and other heroes. During the mission, he receives the Iron Spider suit and ends up traveling into space.
After being defeated by Thanos on Titan, Peter Parker fell victim to the snap and disappeared for five years. In 2023, he returned thanks to Hulk's snap and participated in the final battle against Thanos's forces. There he reunited with Tony Stark, only to witness his mentor's sacrifice and death shortly afterward.

Grief-stricken by Tony's death, Peter attempted to temporarily step away from his life as Spider-Man during a school trip to Europe. There he met Quentin Beck, who pretended to be a hero from another dimension to gain his trust and access EDITH, the technology Tony had left for Peter. Peter saw through the deception and defeated Mysterio, who died after being shot by one of his own drones when Peter dodged the attack, not from a direct action by Spider-Man. However, before dying, Beck left behind a video that framed Spider-Man and publicly revealed his identity as Peter Parker.

The original accusation rested on an edited video leaked by Mysterio's team through The Daily Bugle. Digital forensic analysis and records from the EDITH AI system proved that the video was heavily altered and would not hold up in a court of law.

Although Murdock resolved the legal and institutional front without prison, he explicitly warned Peter that the court of public opinion was still against him.

And that's exactly what turned Peter, MJ, and Ned's lives into chaos and complicated their college plans. Desperate, Peter went to Doctor Strange to make everyone forget he was Spider-Man. However, Peter's constant modifications caused the spell to go out of control, resulting in the arrival of individuals from other universes who knew Spider-Man's identity. Among them were the Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Electro, Sandman, and the Lizard.

After a brutal battle in which Aunt May is killed by the Green Goblin, a devastated Peter is later helped by two alternate versions of himself: other Peter Parkers from different universes. The three work together to cure the villains and return them to their respective universes.
To prevent the collapse of the multiverse, Peter makes a mature and tragic decision: he orders Strange to cast a new spell that will erase Peter Parker's existence from the world. The spell works perfectly. When the crisis ends, Ned, MJ, Happy Hogan, and Strange himself completely lose all memory of who he is. Peter is left utterly alone in the world, with no records, no friends, and no family.

She had previously discovered that Peter was Spider-Man, but now, due to the spell, she doesn't remember and therefore doesn't know Spider-Man's identity.

Tony Stark was Peter's mentor and a father figure, whose death he still deeply feels. Also known as Anthony or Iron Man, he discovered Peter's identity and even visited him when Peter's aunt was there.
