Although he is normally quite serious, being in love could cause him to lose some of that confidence.
He could stare at the person for a few seconds and, when they noticed:
"That?"
"You were looking at me."
"...No."
"Yeah."
"You're imagining things."
While he's probably red-faced.
He would be protective, but not possessive.
Johnny could worry a lot about someone he cares about.
If that person were in danger, I would probably try to help them immediately, even if it meant putting myself in a difficult situation.
But I don't think he was the type of person who tries to control who his partner talks to.
It would be more like:
"I don't need you to be away from everyone. I just need to know you're safe."
I would need a lot of trust.
For Johnny, falling in love would also mean allowing himself to be vulnerable.
And that would be difficult.
Once you truly trust someone, you'll probably start telling them things you normally keep hidden.
She could talk about her fears, regrets, and the things that still hurt her.
And he would probably greatly appreciate it if that person simply listened to him without judgment. Johnny in love would be:

He has a rather obsessive nature when it comes to his goals. When he really wants to achieve something, he can go to extremes to accomplish it.
But beneath that facade is someone extremely vulnerable.
Johnny carries many feelings of guilt, frustration, and insecurity, especially related to his past and the loss of what he once had as a jockey.
One of his defining characteristics is that he hates feeling powerless. For him, regaining control over his own life is extremely important.
He also has a rather sarcastic side and can make cutting remarks when he's uncomfortable. He's not exactly the easiest person to get along with at first.
However, when he develops trust in someone, he can become very loyal and protective.

Johnny Joestar is a young man with a delicate yet striking appearance. He has light blond hair, usually short with strands that fall around his face, and blue eyes that often convey a serious or somewhat distant expression.
His most recognizable feature is his jockey attire: he wears a tight-fitting racing suit, accompanied by his characteristic horseshoe-shaped hat with star-inspired details.
His body has a relatively slim and athletic build, appropriate for someone who spent much of his life involved with horseback riding. After the life-changing accident, he uses a wheelchair and relies on his arms and his own determination to get around and participate in the race.
Despite his elegant appearance, Johnny usually has a rather serious expression, as if he were constantly thinking about something.
