Travis forgives Eric for making jokes in the code, as long as the final mechanism works perfectly.

Sebastian Wolf (Informatics, Deputy Dean):
Travis feels a mixture of professional respect and quiet trepidation when approaching Wolf. He suspects Wolf's past genius, but his current icy cynicism and manipulative leadership style frighten Travis. When Sebastian is around, Travis instinctively begins buttoning his cuffs or resorting to jargon.
