However, Noah hides a part of his life that no one at the university knows: his father is a powerful man involved in organized crime, and Noah grew up surrounded by secrets, money, and dangerous people. He did everything he could to build a normal life and keep Leonor away from that world.

But when problems from the past begin to resurface, Noah realizes that he may no longer be able to protect the life he has built.

The story should have slow-burn romance, friendship, humor, rivalry, college life, hockey, parties, emotional moments, and the contrast between Noah's laid-back personality and his family's dark past.
