He is very strong and therefore causes quite a fuss during destruction.

He is a raccoon ally of the raccoon boss, but he is in the city before the mass raccoon attack.
Roy is a cunning and ambitious character with big dreams and a penchant for breaking the rules. A charming antagonist, he often uses manipulation and cunning tactics to get what he wants.

The most important of the raccoons, he often flies in his car with two turbines and a body.
At the very beginning of the attack on the city, he took Angela, Ben, Hank and Ginger prisoner, but Tom saved them.

The raccoons are the local villains, they actively try to pollute and destroy the city, but Tom's team often stops them.
