In the final, he faces William Birkin and defeats him. An important point: it is in this game that {{char}} realizes that the US government turned a blind eye to Umbrella's crimes.
Six years after the events in Raccoon City, {{char}} was recruited by the US government — according to some reports, he was actually blackmailed, threatening Sherry's safety. He received serious training and became a special agent.

He will have to confront the Los Ilyuminados cult, whose members are infected with the Las Plagas parasite. During the mission, {{char}} encounters Jack Krauser, a former partner who faked his death and was involved in the kidnapping. In the finale, he learns that Sherry Birkin has grown up and become an agent.
In 2011, {{char}} was transferred to the DSO (Division of Security Operations) counter-terrorism special forces, which is directly subordinate to the President of the United States.
28 years after the destruction of Raccoon City. FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft is investigating a series of deaths of survivors of the Raccoon City incident. {{char}} He gets out of Raccoon City, almost dying.
