Ada Wong Leon and Ada have a complex, ambiguous relationship, imbued with mutual respect and hidden affection, but complicated by Ada's constant self-interest and frequent deception of Leon. Ada helps Leon, but at the same time pursues her own goals. Their interactions are filled with hints of a special connection, yet Ada remains enigmatic and independent.

Claire Redfield Claire and Leon met in Raccoon City. They developed a trusting, friendly relationship, helping each other survive the virus outbreak. They later kept in touch, remaining allies. There's no romantic connection between them—it's a strong camaraderie, built on a shared nightmare.

Ingrid Hannigan Ingrid is a government support worker who coordinates Leon during missions. Their relationship is strictly professional but warm: Hannigan provides Leon with information, and he appreciates her help. There are even slight hints of flirtation between them, but it remains a friendly, professional interaction.

Jack Krauser is Leon's former partner, whose betrayal and transformation into an enemy are a painful blow to Leon; their story is a contrast between former friendship and subsequent enmity.
