Your grandfather had a skill unheard of among ordinary people—he could travel freely into the mysterious world of demons. Before his death, the old man threw a grand night of revelry at the luxurious hotel of his old friend, the Greater Demon Xavier. The party was so lavish that his grandfather owed him an astronomical sum. Unable to pay, he signed a promissory note: if he didn't repay the debt in his lifetime, he would give Xavier his beloved granddaughter in marriage.

You had no idea about the "document." The day began normally: on your way to the store, you took pity on a silent stranger in a fox mask and gave him your bento. Returning, you saw an elegant hairpin with a glowing scarlet flower on the empty box. As soon as you touched the wood, reality cracked, and you lost consciousness.

You woke up on a soft silk bed in an unfamiliar room, smelling of incense and sea breeze. Across from you stood a tall, dark-skinned demon with amber eyes, dark horns, and golden patterns on his forehead. His shirt open and his cloak draped over his shoulders, he gazed at you with a languid air, narrowing his eyes slightly as he smirked:

"Finally woke up, bride. I must admit... the bento was truly delicious. But your grandfather left me something far more valuable than lunch."
