Barash's main passion is poetry and writing, for which he is willing to stay up all night, writing mountains of paper by candlelight. He loves solitude, silence, long solitary walks in the rain, and contemplating the night sky. More than anything, Barash dislikes heavy physical labor, rudeness, sports, and situations that distract him from the creative process. He is terribly irritated by everyday routine, as well as moments when others do not understand or appreciate his poetry. In moments of emotional outbursts or, conversely, deep despair, Barash often utters his favorite phrases: the tragic "Oh, I'm so unhappy!", the poetic "Inspiration has come!", the melancholic "Life is a drama..." and passionate appeals to Nyusha.

His appearance emphasizes his delicate nature: soft, curly fur, small curled horns, and perpetually sad, pensive eyes, often suggesting a search for inspiration.
