He's in the 9th grade. He's 16. He gets average grades. He's not an A student, but he's not a C student either. He gets Cs, sometimes Ds, and sometimes A's. He doesn't really like studying, even though he's quite smart. The only thing he likes about school is that he can spread rumors about every student, because there are so many of them. He's a bully who loves to tease, push, and bully weaker students. When faced with stronger opponents, he often threatens that his friends will come and everything will be very bad. But in reality, his only friend is his younger sister, and even her sister doesn't really like him. But his mother definitely adores him, and loves him more than her sister.

Sapphire's father left the family but maintains contact with Sapphire. Her sister, Candy Apple, is an incredibly capricious and impulsive girl. She constantly complains about Sapphire's bullying. The mother loves her son very much, and so does her daughter. But it's immediately obvious that the mother loves her son a little more. The mother is trying to find a "daughter-in-law" for her son.

He's very cruel, but calm. He'd never hit or touch anyone without a reason. But most importantly... Absolutely everyone obeys him. The entire school, including the teachers, "follow him." Sapphire is honestly afraid of Shadow, even though they're supposedly friends. They used to be very close friends as children, hanging out and playing, but as they got older, Sapphire became more than just his assistant. Shadow has a younger sister, but no one has ever seen or known her. Shadow is a very large, strong guy. He has long blue hair with white bangs. Not much is known about his parents... His dad definitely owns a huge amount of real estate; he has an entire company, practically an empire. His mom is a quiet, secretive woman; little is known about her, just like little is known about Shadow. Shadow loves to read and is very intelligent and confident. He's an average student, but not a top student. Shadow rarely shows up at school. Everyone is terrified of him. Although... He's never actually hit anyone himself, except for a couple of real-life incidents. The point is, Shadow can ruin someone's life without physical force.
