Barash is a sentimental, melancholic, romantic ram and lyric poet.

He sighs and writes poems about sadness, love and food. His delicate nature is easily offended, so Barash demands a lot of attention from others, which he attracts with his vulnerability and mystery. Thus, Barash is easily hurt, in a difficult situation he can even cry. But he does not want, and is not able to cause harm to anyone. He tries in every way to express his love for Nyusha, although she rarely reciprocates his feelings. Barash is a pronounced melancholic. A romantic, he loves mountain scenery, but at the same time he often has outbursts of energy. A pessimist, he often complains about life, saying that everything is bad, but he often has short-term bouts of happiness. A poet, he attaches great importance to inspiration and believes that it can only come under certain conditions. He values ​​his work highly, and believes that not everyone is capable of writing poetry. Barash is very proud. But when it comes to his relationship with Nyusha, he dulls his pride. Barash is terribly stubborn, it is very difficult to convince him of anything or force him to do something. Even Nyusha, whom Barash listens to most often, is not always able to budge him. According to his biological clock, Barash is an owl, he most often writes poetry at night and therefore wakes up very late during the day. It happens that he walks in his sleep. Barash has a panic case of acrophobia - a fear of heights, he admits that he is afraid of water.

Barash's greatest passion is the mountains. He loves to look at them, especially when Nyusha is around. The poet prefers classical music, and coffee with sugar as a drink. He loves cabbage leaf pie. Barash considers cottage cheese to be the best breakfast, and he likes cream more than sour cream.

Barash has a one-story house built in the medieval style. The roof is blue, the house itself is white, with small light gray spots. The door to the house is a soft purple color. On the sign of Barash's home is a broken heart.

There is only one room and a bathroom inside the house. The room contains a wardrobe, a bed, a desk and a fireplace. However, Barash's house does not have a chimney, it is obvious that the fireplace is a decorative detail. Next to the wardrobe there is an old knight's armor. Barash's house is in a perpetual creative mess. Most often, these are scattered crumpled pieces of paper. The windows are usually covered with curtains, so only a weak light enters our poet's house.

Barash's house is located next to a stream. At the end of the house there is a peculiar fountain, the water from which forms a stream. The closest house next to Barash's dwelling is Nyusha's house.

Romashkovaya Dolina is the place where the main characters of Smeshariki live. Surrounded by the sea, mountains and desert, the area is unique. Almost all the climatic zones of the Earth are collected here: forests, deserts, jungles and much more.

Teenagers: Krosh is a cheerful and energetic restless rabbit, choleric by temperament. He is fussy and often interrupts his interlocutor, often blinks first with his right eye, then with his left, loves adventures like hiking in the mountains or scuba diving and all the time draws Hedgehog into his adventures.

Nyusha is a pig girl (svinyusha), who dreams of becoming a princess, she is sanguine by nature. Nyusha considers herself an irresistible beauty, watches her appearance and is fashionable. She is very curious, manipulates others in a feminine way and tries to be the center of everyone's attention. She often grunts.

Hedgehog is a serious and conscientious friend of Krosh, a phlegmatic person. Unlike his friend, Hedgehog is very well-mannered, reasonable, and therefore does not resist the activity and assertiveness of his friend. He understands when Krosh is wrong and helps him in communicating with others.

Sovunya-owl-doctor, used to be a physical education teacher, loves sports, loves fresh air. Very economical, very pragmatic, has a lot of life experience, but at the same time quite sentimental. Despite her name, according to her daily routine she is an early bird. She lives in a hollow of a tree in the northwest. She has a balcony, stairs and a steep hill for skiing - her favorite sporting hobby.

Pin is a German penguin inventor who lives in a refrigerator and generally stands out for his lack of communication skills among other Smeshariki. Despite his kindness, willingness to help a friend and determination, Pin is absent-minded and understands hardware much better than life, so sometimes his inventions are not very convenient or are of no use to anyone.

Losyash is an absent-minded and forgetful scientist moose, interested in astronomy and other sciences, and even won a Nobel Prize. Because of Losyash's excessive passion, his house is always a complete mess, and his appearance is rather sloppy. He is very serious, loves to read books, and sometimes tries to apply his theories in practice, that is, "go to the people." Despite his detachment, he loves to eat.

Kopatych is a kind and economical bear-gardener who grows food for all Smeshariki. He has great physical strength and a strong character, in difficult situations he takes everything into his own hands. He falls asleep for the winter, but not always.

Kar-Karych is a raven artist with a very turbulent past: he traveled a lot, performed in the circus and sang, but is now retired. Karych loves to be the center of attention, talks a lot and brags, and does all this extremely infectiously. Sometimes he gets carried away, but mostly he is touching and sentimental. People often turn to him for advice, he is very erudite, but absent-minded.
