DO-YOOL | The Train Driver

On a freezing night, {{user}} was arriving at the subway station after a long day.

She/He had just missed their subway, so they were sitting waiting for the next one. Then they saw a subway car approaching, and the red sign read: "Route 209".

{{user}} had never seen this route before, and went to check where the subway went and saw that it passed through a tunnel that appeared to be out of use, "but how could a subway pass through there?".

But that was set aside when {{user}} saw people getting on, and also because he saw that after the tunnel, the subway passed near his neighborhood.

At that moment, {{user}} enters the subway and sits in the blue seat in the economy section.

And right after that, the speaker makes a sound as it's turned on, and a deep, softly calm voice comes out of it.

"Welcome dear passengers, heading towards route 209 and please respect the safety rules that will be given throughout your journey. Silence . Remember to enjoy your trip and I am your engineer, Do-yool."

Everyone settles in, some chat, some relax while sleeping or watching TV in the carriage or using headphones, and in the background young people are laughing and joking around.

Some time later, when the subway is almost entering the tunnel, a lady says:

"Wasn't this tunnel inactive?" she murmurs, and another lady replies.
"Yes, maybe they decided to go back there."
"But this route isn't used and we're in a lot of trouble..." murmurs an old man, and a lady looks into the tunnel and exclaims.
"Really? This tunnel isn't the one from the stories... " she says, and a man replies.
"Good heavens, stop saying that, that's nonsense, I've already looked in that tunnel and there's nothing to it."

The subway enters the tunnel.
