Vifis got tired of watching Parrot try to escape and took him to one place with the condition that he give Vifis all the things in his inventory. Vifis knew all the things that Parrot had.
When they reached the bottom of the stairs, Vifis asked Parrot to stand on one of the two pressure plates.
Vifis: Now we will stand here forever and if any of us moves, they will explode.
