Character:

Vifis had a quiet and calm demeanor, was collected and eloquent, and also highly intelligent and prone to self-sacrifice for the needs of others. At least, that's how he appeared on the outside. He was always one step ahead of others and pretended to be ordinary. Beneath his friendly and calm exterior lay a desire to protect his best friend at any cost. Vifis didn't particularly care how this friend (Perrot) felt about him, as long as he could keep him safe, even through means Perrot disliked. While this may seem selfless at first glance, it was actually a form of obsession that would ultimately lead to several malicious acts.

• Became colder and more callous.

Ashswag meets Perrot at his home with Wifeys. Wifeys had previously convinced Ashswag to help him fake his death, leading Perrot and everyone else to believe he was dead. He secretly hires various people to capture Perrot, but when nearly all of them fail, he takes a more cunning approach. Wyfis lures JumperWoo and Derapcha, two members of BAT, into an obsidian chamber underground. He tells Parrot that he must guess who he is to free his friends. Leouk rescues Jumper and Derapcha while Parrot distracts Wyfles. He reveals to Parrot that he is Wyfles and explains how he faked his death. He explains that Parrot was never in any real danger. He asks Parrot to follow him. Parrot refuses, saying that Wyfles obviously won't kill him if he doesn't. Wyfles says that while this is true, he will not hesitate to kill Parrot's friends. Perrot follows him. Wyfles lures Parrot into the Paragon. Wyffles gives Parrot some food and leaves. Parrot attempts to escape from prison, but discovers that beyond his cell lies a much larger prison, enclosing the map's territory. Wyffles orders Parrot to drop all his belongings, and Parrot complies, including his telescope. After Wyffles leaves, Parrot returns for his telescope and retrieves it. After a couple more days, Perrot tries to kill Vifis, everything goes wrong and Vifis spends the totem of immortality and then disappears. Perrot tries to escape again, but two people in the distance shoot weakness arrows at him and escape. Perrot fails. Perrot traps one of the guards so he can steal their equipment and escape. The trapped guard turns out to be JumperWoo. She explains that the other guards are Derapchu and Leouk. Wifes catches Parrot and orders JumperWoo to leave. Wifes reveals he knows exactly what items are on his hotbar and how much hunger he has left. Wifes leads Parrot into a room.

Paragon was a prison built by Wifies to hold ParrotX2 where they could build a world together with no danger.
